Working at company, I would make sure my efforts are visible on emails by cc-ing the team leads, and manager if either one of them are playing this dirty game.. expect less from higher leaderships in IT.. I still hold to the quote "love your job not your boss"
This perfectly describes MKO. I broke into data science through him, and he never made anything easy to understand. He always complicated simple concepts, very annoying and frustrating. The most important thing is to stay aware of people like that. People like that are often unavoidable, but not necessarily helpful.
